What is the minimum order for bulk compost?

There is no minimum order for pickup at our Levy County farm — bring your truck or trailer and we'll load any amount you need. For bulk compost delivery in North Central Florida, the minimum order is 5 cubic yards. For deliveries outside our immediate service area, the minimum is 10 cubic yards.

Fant Farm Organics delivers bulk compost, potting mix, and topsoil throughout North Central Florida. Our regular delivery area includes Levy County, Marion County, Alachua County, Citrus County, Sumter County, Gilchrist County, and Dixie County.

Yes, our compost is tested for quality and safety. Fant Farm Organics is registered with both FDACS and FDEP. We are members of the Florida Composting Council and listed on FORCE (Florida Organics Recycling Center for Excellence).

The Fant family has farmed this land in Levy County, Florida since 1860 — over 160 years spanning six generations. Our composting operation began in 2009, giving us over 15 years of experience producing premium bulk compost, potting mix, and worm castings.

Accepted Answer

Origin Reserve is our premium pure worm castings — batch-numbered and packed by hand on our Levy County farm. Use it to top dress houseplants, mix into potting soil, brew compost tea, or amend garden beds. Available in 4-quart and 8-quart bags at The Potting Shed Farm Shop.
